"Parallels" brings together the work of two artists, their different views and approaches. For just a moment in time, two otherwise independent entities collide and intersect, creating new perspectives in dialogue.
The exhibition highlights the creative process of Sirp and Ostra, their dialogue with each other through their work - Ostra's compositions are dynamic and in a constant, balance-seeking, movement while Sirp approaches her work quietly, framing the space from another angle. Together they offer a way to sense the harmony of opposites and find a new perspective where commonality and difference merges as a visual landscape for discovery.
The exhibition includes Tauno Ostra's work on the theme of Balance and Sandra Sirp's painting series "Growth" (2024).
